fabric is a synthetic and sheer in the lighter areas where the pale blue lining shows through. 
Lining feels like a silky acetate. 
Waistline is embellished with gold lurex and aroura borealis rhinestones. 
Sleeveless empire waist with full skirt silhouette (a slight aline from the waist)
Metal back zipper entry.
